To get started, please create a new account by clicking the Client Connection Portal button to the right. After registration, schedule a free 15-minute Consult / Referral through the portal. This Discovery and Onboarding Call with Deb allows you to discuss services, ensuring that this practice is the right fit for you. This initial step is crucial for both you and Deb to begin gathering the necessary information for your full initial appointment.
Once registered, the Athena Patient App is the easiest way to manage most tasks; however, forms and medical record downloads must be completed through the portal on a computer.

Please be aware that Deb operates as a micro-practice without support staff, and consequently, there are no phone attendants. While phone calls or emails may feel quicker, using the secure patient portal ensures that your message is automatically documented as part of your medical record.
Communications received outside the portal require additional handling and increase the risk of delays, miscommunication, or incomplete documentation. To ensure safe, timely, and well-documented care, all patient communication must take place through the secure patient portal.
Communications received by phone or email regarding patient care will not be responded to directly.
